I'm having problems with Divx playback on my new media centre. The files stutter both audio and video for a couple of seconds and then there ok for a few moments then it happens again
Sometimes the tracking can be severely off as well - audio and video aren't in sync.
The funny thing is the files play ok on the pc in WMP10 without media centre front end running?
The files are stored on my fileserver in my study which is connected to my existing network (cat6). Since I didn't want to raise my flooring to run cables I'm using a set of devolo highspeed home plugs to connect the Media Centre to the network.
The codecs I have installed are:
Nvidia Purevideo
Kopi Xvid
AC3 Filter
Any ideas welcome
