Citrix Metaframe XP server

Guys, I have just received the below email from a friend of mine, I haven't used citrix before so I cannot help him, does anyone else know the solution?

Have you ever configured Citrix Metaframe XP server?

Need to change the default bmp that displays when you start a remote session. There's 2 servers load balanced, so when you connect to 1 server you get the same image stretched and if you load balance to another you get the same image tiled.

Can't find where you configure the thing.

Trying to make sense of this....

Connect to 1st server - wallpaper is streched?
But connect to 2nd server - wallpaper is tiled?

Is that what he's after?

OK, assuming what i'm asking is true, then he would just change the registry. If there are some existing users he'd have to reset them, but for new users connecting he could alter the registry as follows:

Server 1 - Stretched wallpaper

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop]
"TileWallpaper"="0"
"Wallpaper"="T:\\WINNT\\Wallpaper.bmp"
"WallpaperStyle"="2"

Server 2 - Tiled wallpaper

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop]
"TileWallpaper"="1"
"Wallpaper"="T:\\WINNT\\Wallpaper.bmp"
"WallpaperStyle"="0"

Obviously on my example drive letter T: is where the server's installation of windows is sitting, so it would have to be changed to match the server.

Cheers for the reply, his problem was When he setup a background wallpaper for the desktop, the initial logon screen wallpaper is not changed and stays as the default Windows appearance.

I've sorted it now.
