XFX 7800GT help

Got a new XFX 7800GT and having a few problems with it! Replaced a 6800 and the card posts ok but as soon as my DFI board goes to CMOS---ok the monitor looses its signal! Then no go. Anyone got any ideas????

Put the 6800 back in and boots into windows fine, new Tagan psu so that not the problem as the 7800 takes the same power.

Help please

tried safe mode, all at stock. seems to not hang, but loose the screen at at acpitabl.dat!!!!!!

what's yr mobo and psu?

its a dfi-d, and a tagan 480w psu. Got it working now, needed a full re-install of wiiiiidows - damnit!!!! What 3dmark06 score should I get approx?
