I was wondering if anbody has a Asus S-presso or even a Shuttle as im wanting to get the following :

Asus S-presso

3.2ghz P4 or 2.8ghz dont know yet
1gb ram
6800le unlocked with artic cooler
80gb hdd
dvd rw

I think it has a 350w psu do you think this can power all of that and could i squeze the gfx card in :)? thnx

Note : Well just used Power Calculator and says 255w so leaves me 95w should be plenty then :) just a case of will the graphics fit

I have a Shuttle with:

3GHz P4 Northwood
1GB RAM
6800GT
250GB SATA HD
PCI Sound Card
DVD RW

All powered by a 250W PSU without a single problem.

Only problem you'll have if you go the Shuttle route is the Artic Cooler on the graphics card. It won't fit.

Shuttle PSU's are VERY good quality.

I have an SB75G2 with

P4 3.0 GHZ at 3.4
1gb Geil Ultra
9800 PRo AIW
PCI ADSL Modem
DVDRW
300GB Sata
250GB Sata
and all USBs filled (remote bob / Cards Readers / Joystick / Ipod / Iriver etc)

No problems what so ever with the 250w thats in there.

My 350watt in my shuttle is powering an overclock x1900xt-x,amd 4400 daul core, two 7200rpm sata harddrives and dvd writer..no problems..

Two weeks ago before i brought my x1900xt-x card..i was running two overclocked 7800gtx cards in sli..no psu problems.(just a little to much heat from the twin 7800gtx cards.)
