I have a X850XT PCI-E with a Artic Cooling Rev.2 ATI 5 VGA Silencer. Whilst fitting this I took the opportunity to record what type of GPU and memory I had
They read as follows:

GPU

ATi
R480
215RBHAGA11F
GG7757.1
0517AA

TAIWAN PCI
EXPRESS

Memory

SAMSUNG 516
K4J55323QF - GC16
AWC639PZA

My query is this, are these good for overclocking? I do know that the 16 in the memory serial number refers to the fact that the memory is 1.6ns would this be faster or slower than 2.0ns memory?

Thanks for the replies. As I presently run at 560/621 stable this confirms Cyber-Mav assertion. However, I have 2 further related queries:

a) any suggestions on how I could possibly increase the speed of my GPU?

b) my 3dMark05 score is, at best, just over 5000 and usually around 4300. I have seen comparably overclocked cards or even stock X850XTs with much higher scores (6000 to 7000+ ) Why would this be?

This is a discription of my system.

The original graphics card has been upgraded with the X850XT/Arctic Cooling Rev.2 ATI 5 VGA Silencer and the stock HSF cooler has been replaced with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

You should be getting more than 5K, I get 5k (exactly would you believe) on a 6800gt @ stock with a barton 3200 - I obviously use the card overclocked and get around 5700.
