What to do? need a laptop

Ok here is the story, I built the following PC for my girlfriend (now ex :mad:

) and as i gave it to her as a present i still have to give it to her. Anyway this is what i have to sell:

Lian Li PC 60 with side window
ASUS A8V Deluxe
AMD 3500 Winchester
1Gb Samsung PC3200 RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro
80Gb IDE HDD
Samsung 172x 17" TFT Monitor

Basically, I we want a laptop now, main uses will be Web surfing, and some arty farty stuff (she is doing an animation course) it doesnt need to be amazing, but a fairly big screen, nice and slim and not ugly, and decent spec.

I also have an X800 XT AGP i could possibly sell but i think its broken.

Basically, baring the above in mind, what kind of thing shall i look for in a laptop as i know nothing about laptops of what brands to look for, any suggestions or links to good deals (at OCUK of course :cool:

)

Needs to have WiFi also, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

edit: budget is based on what i could get for the above, willing to add an extra £100 if it makes a difference
