Stuck on GTA:SA

Thought I'd finally get around to completing this.

I just finished the casino quests, and then killed one of the police officers that you meet at the beginning and work for throughout the game. Then I went back to the garage you are running with your sister and some other guy, and did a few quests there.

Now all I've got is what appears to be a sub-quest obtaining a list of cars and then moving them onto a container ship at the docks.

How do I progress from here? Surely this car quest isn't part of the main storyline? I really can't be bothered to steal all those cars and get them back to the docks :/

Stealing the cars is a sub quest/mission thats all, I never bothered to nick them all.

I'm only 50% through the game according to the stats.

I'm currently re-playing through SA myself. It does sound like you've finished the main storyline if you've killed both police officers. Have you taken out big smoke yet?

I've only killed one of two police officers. Seriously, I can't have finished the main storyline. There was no big grand finale or anything, like you'd expect.

The last quest I did was to steal a car from a container ship at the docks.

You've not finished the game then. I just completed it again 2 days ago and was at 75% completion at the time, without doing any side quests - the car import/export is one btw so don't bother with it atm.

Killed one police officer hmm? That must be polaski then, in the desert bit. You've got a bit more to do from the looks of it. Try getting out of your car and waiting for the phone to ring...I can't remember if Sweets is out of jail at that time. You've still got to retake grove street though so you've got a bit more left.

Starting to think my save game is bugged.

Nah, doubt the savegame is bugged. You've just missed something on the map. Have you done the quarry missions btw? What was the exact last missions you did in Las Venturas, and what ones have you done in Los Santos atm (not counting the very early ones).

I haven't done all the Quarry quests. I thought they were just side quests.

Do the quarry ones and I bet you can move on, I've just started GTA SA again after getting 100% on the ps2 version, I got a stuck a couple of times like that, had to do a few of the silly missions to progress.

Back to Las Venturas and had for the 'D' on the map - time to meet on old friend

I got stuck at this point. I think it was that I had not finished some missions back at the airfield you own.

You're right Keylow. I finished up the missions at the quarry then went over to the airfield. Seems there's a mission I missed which involves transporting some equipment via plane. You have to fly low to avoid being picked up on radar.
