Need a little help with a spec

hey guys my freind wants a spec for a computer he does a lot of graphic rendoring and so on and also develops software.
hes looking for a spec that is good enough to help him do what he does.
he wants a lot of hard drive space and ram and graphics card memory and a server case or near enough to a server case.
can you help me spec it because i can do some stuff but what he asked me to spec him i dont know what to go for
