Dell's CEO is due to take questions from investors on Wednesday (March 1st), it'll be shown on a webcast located here (3PM GMT).

...perhaps there is a chance the monitors will be announced then?

May date for release to the public

Had a e-mail last night from a friend that works at Dell USA.There estimate on release of 2407 is sometime in May in the USA,with Europe a few weeks later.This would explain the silence all round on when release date will be.How reliable this info is,time will tell.It was also mentioned that Europe may be getting the 6 bit panels,rather then the 8bit for the USA.This is something that has been mentioned before,and i am not sure i like what i am hearing.

6 bit panels at 24"?! i'd be surprised if they feature a TN Film panel tbh, but we will see. shame about the delay
