Hey i recently bought BF2 and i'd like to upgrade my pc so that it runs the game better lol, my current setup is as follows;

AMD Barton 2500+
1.5gb PC2700 Ram (2x512 dual chan + 1x512)
Radeon 9800 pro 128mb gfx
MSI K7n2 delta-l mobo
antec 430w truepower psu

I've been out of the mix for a while now so im not sure about the new stuff on the market so im hoping someone would be kind enough to help me out.

Ideally i'd want to spend around £500 may spend a little more depending on what is available and how much funds i can spare.

Thanks in advance :D

This should give you a decent upgrade for the money, the Crossfire motherboard isn't really needed so any Nforce4 would be equally fine. If you can afford to spend a little bit more then I'd suggest either a 7800gt or X1800XL because they are quite a bit better but if not then an X850XT will be good enough. You may need a 20-24pin adapter for your PSU but they are pretty cheap to pick up.
