MSI board beeping

I had the audacity to install a new hard drive into my PC this morning, and now whenever I switch on I just get a continual beeping noise coming from the board. Just one long noise, nothing to suggest what is wrong. I also must have one of the few MSI boards with nothing on the actual board (eg LED's) to imply what the problem might be.

I've reseated the memory and cards and I've tried it with the HD's disconnected, same problem.

Something somehow goes **** up EVERY time I make even the slightest hardware change, the damn thing is going through the window if it doesn't start behaving itself soon!

i had exactly the same, ended up being the cable from the soundcard to the cd-rom was missing insulation, as a result it was touching the board causing it to go mad
