whats this cable for?

hi have already checked coolermasters website and my m/b manual but no luck, so thought i would asks the experts :D .


whats the green and white cable for and where does it connect only marking are one has + symbol and other a - thia is a coolermaster Cavalier 1 case by the way.

hope some one can help as its really doing my head in :confused:

Erm, speaker, switch, LED something like that, easier just to look at what it connects to :p

Green, is that not the reset switch?

thanks m8 but have already connected the pwr & reset switch hdd led and the front pannel audio.

problem is its just 2 single pin cables wraped around each other with a + or - symbol

Or the hard drive LED, or another hard drive LED.

It may be that your motherboard just does not have the same connector.

thanks bubba that was it.

what doh brain im, ive only built or rebuilt about a 100 pc's and i missed that, oh well time for triple expresso with extra caffine.

Just had a look in the CM111 and there are two sets of green wires, one going to the power button and the other to the power LED - As bubba states
