Anyone else noticed this? Is it normal, or does it depend on certain types of memory modules?

For example: With the 133 divider, my memory runs at 173Mhz, but the 140 divider (just one notch up) it seems to attempt to run without any divider whatsoever, and crashes almost instantly as a result.

Using the bios builtin "Memtest86" seems to confirm my findings: At the "133" divider, it states the ram settings is "173Mhz DDR346", but with the "140" divider it says "260Mhz DDR520".

Not really wanting to run my memory constantly at 173Mhz, and the fact that the next divider after 140 will put me over the 200Mhz limit on the RAM, I guess this means it's time to flex the plastic and buy some PC4000 ?

Yeh I found my housemates 180 divider on his Ultra-D didn't work too well... it stopped the computer booting even if the divider put the RAM at well under 200MHz.
