How do you cook Ham and Cheese on Toast????

DOOD, You can eat both cheese and ham without cooking it! And you don't need to toast the bread to make it safe!!! You have zero chance of dieing unless you choke.

Do you know how to swallow?

yeh you can eat chicken cold and hot but if you eat it warm you can die

You are misunderstanding. You can eat chicken cold, warm, or hot, as long as it has been thoroughly cooked.

HAM IS ALREADY COOKED.

Just stick it under the grill with the cheese on toast, I am sure you'll do fine.

Yes. But any ham you buy has been precooked typically. That's the nature of ham - it's already cured pork.
