I get the following message when trying to access the Nectar page:

"Firefox can't find the server at newsletter.nectar.com."

This is a problem I get with all Nectar newsletters but the D&A page works fine. I've emailed Pipex but not heard anything

"Cannot find server" sounds like a DNS issue - assuming you're using Pipex's DNS servers, what do you get from "nslookup newsletter.nectar.com"?

Obvious suggestion would be to swap to using a non-Pipex server too.

I get "The page cannot be displayed" when I follow your first suggestion.

How do I swap to a non-Pipex server or do you mean change ISP? :D

Thanks.

Er, with nslookup?
It's a command, not a URI...

Change setting on your router, either to use another ISP's DNS servers, or to give your machines a different DNS server through DHCP.
212.23.3.100 is as good as any.
