My son wants a rig that will do a lot of photoshop stuff quickly; not into games but wants good graphics and mucho speed for the PS stuff ...... I said that I'd ask my young whiz kid buddies to help him/me out so ......

I think he's looking at £800 without monitor.

Yep, i think the X2 4400+ with extra L2 cache is the CPU to go for.
This is the spec to go for imo.
