Got it trailered back today, it's fantastic!

It's a one owner 1500 FWD, pre-dolomite - it's a 1971, so tax exempt!

Fantastic nick, interior is mint, it's really a very nice car. At the moment it's lowered excessively but I've got a set of taller springs and will be replacing the dubious backbox on the rear. Sprint wheels too ....

Other than that, it's great! Got every MOT from new and only done 44,000 miles. Real rare beastie!

Haven't driven it much - needs a quick service, raising, speedo cable then I'm set to go!

(got height? got camber?)

I love it to bits!

Original stickers and tax disk holders too!

:D

At best estimate, there's 10, maybe 20 left on the road. You'll never see another one!

How is the universal joint on such a early FWD car?

I think my uncle had one of them, beautiful car and only £600! Nice find.

Only the project car (cause it's on axle stands, got no choice :D ). Rest are out in the open and used all the time!

It'll be well cared for though - paintchips touched up as soon as, waxoyl topped up etc :)

It is indeed longitudinal, with the gearbox underneath and slightly set back.

Yea, like I said it's worth a little more, but we were no hassle and good home :)

Plus, it has no test, knocks a bit off it, but soon sorted come this week! :D
