Go for the Celeron

It's the Celeron M which is based on the Pentium M but with half the cache. It's still a fast CPU

If it was against a Celeron D, then the Sempron without a doubt, but against the Celeron M then the Celeron is quicker

The Celeron M has 1.6GHz and 1MB cache, the Sempron has 1.8GHz but only 256KB cache. The Celeron M is also quicker clock for clock than the Sempron
