So, I have this PC. On a cold boot, it finish the XP load screen and then reset - every time. Sometimes it will take 2-3 cycles to get to the desktop. Once it has reset just while I was using the PC in Windows.
I already formatted and reinstalled the OS, reset CMOS to defaults, and set most of the components to stock speed. Exception is my overclocked CPU, but it is a XP Mobile at only 2390MHz - it runs fine at up to 2500MHz really - and is Prime stable - good temps...
Odd thing is that my 2nd hard drive is now also randomly spinning down and up - had to remove it as it was freezing Windows.
Any ideas as to the problem - maybe the PSU?
