How do you make a windows bootable DVD ?

Never tried this, but you could try copying the CD you want to boot from to an image on your hard drive, and then burn the DVD from the image.

Of couirse you need to obay any copyright laws. :)

You'd make a DVD the same way as a CD. All it looks for is the boot record, if that's on there it'll work. Bios doesn't care what the medium is as once it leaves the CD/DVD-RW drive it's just an ATA stream as far as it's concerned.

Well you would think, but it didnt work when I tried last night
