Converting AVI to streaming media

I need to compress an avi file into a streaming media file(s. I Need 4 different speeds i think)

The Uni tell me to use Cleaner 6 (for mac) but the Mac at uni is playing up.

Is there a program for pc that will do the same job for me?

DrDIVX is currently in beta testing and FREE to use, use that with *** divx6 codec and THEN click here
