Right, last night I ran my personal best (on the treadmill) but unfortunatly my nipples didn't come out too good. Both were sore and infact the right one started to bleed a wee bit...

so what do you runners do to prevent Runner's Nipple? (Does anyone else get them?)

Micropore its like selotape but its not very sticky

They use it for medical purposes like holding you bandages on

You can get it in most chemists :)

I used to get it off my old football teams cheap arse kit

Never had it, cheap school uniforms have given me nipples of steel! :D

honestly in year 9 of high school all the lads had bloody nipples... :p Worst I ever hurt my nipple running was when I ran the Keswick 10k and the safety pins holding my number on came undown and stick into my nipple... :p

I've had to use a bit of vaseline before. Better to do that than let it get worse.

I only ever had it if I wore thicker t-shirts or particularly on a cold day.

I don't know if you're taking the **** or not but I have run for 18 miles (continuous) before now and never once had my nipples bleed.

My bum crack has suffered from chaffing though.

The type of t-shirt you wear will determine if you get nipple trouble or not. Try one without a logo across the chest or one thats made of a different material.

I wasn't taking the **** - If you get nipple problems just wear a softer shirt. I run and never have a problem.
