Do you know what this program is? Do you use it normally?

If you need to remove it from startup sequence, then goto Start -> Run -> type in "msconfig" and press Enter. Click on Startup tab, find it on the list, and untick it. Click Ok and restart the system.

Well:

khost.exe is a secure data delivery application by Kontiki Inc. which delivers data such as images and files to secure servers for sharing. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling this is down to user preference

Shed any light?

It looks like a legit piece of software

Question
Is the Kontiki Delivery Manager adware or spyware?
Answer

No. The Kontiki Delivery Manager is not 'spyware' or 'adware' and does not include 'spyware' or 'adware'. Our program does perform certain activities that these program are looking out for. In particular, our program does make calls from your computer to our servers, and vice versa.

Not something that's going to install itself in secret...

As to why it's erroring though...anyones guess.
