canceling a print job

hi,
theres a document that wont delete in the print que and no one else can print ive pressed cancel but it just sits there saying deleting but nothing happens, does anyone know if there is a process i can kill or something?

Turn the printer or the print server off.

Just restart the "Print Spooler" service.
