I've been using the stock cooler from X2 4400 for a while now and i've decided to get a new cooler.

I want quiet cooler, and was considering these three:
  • Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro
  • ThermalRight SI-120 (with Panaflo 120mm fan)
  • Thermaltake Big Typhoon
My case is a Coolermaster Stacker, and has a 120mm fan blowing outwards below the PSU so airflow is good around that area, and the Freezer would complement the airflow direction.
Whereas the other two would suit the stackers side ventilation thingy.

Any advice on the quietest / most efficient?

Another vote for the ninja. I have set one fan blowing into the fins and then another one pulling air out of fins. The second fan pulling air out lowered load temps by 4degrees and will also help push the hot air straight to exhaust fan and out the back
