Annoying iTunes jingle

Sorry if you have seen my thread in the Windows forum but maybe i will have better luck here..........

Anyone noticed that loud ping from iTunes when you have finished ripping a cd? Well I am not sure if its on a "eject" event or completion of ripping (as i have auto eject on) but wondering if anyone has found a way to turn this jingle off (all windows sounds are off in CP, and there is no obvious wav in the iTunes installation folder)

Any ideas?

I wouldnt mind so much if it was at the same level as the regular audio , except its not, its a lot louder ( or certainly seems that way)
