------------------The Great OCUK Breakfast Thread!------------------

I’m sitting here in a semi hung-over state, eating my bowl of self punishment and it came to me like an aggravated wasp to a picnic!

It’s about time people knew what powers these forums in the morning and fuels the quips and snappy comebacks we all know and love.

So?
1: What do you eat in the mornings?
2: Why do you eat it every day?
3: Do you have any extra serving suggestions that make it extra Moorish?

And as always pictures keep the sprits of the forum happy!

(I don’t know why but I’m expecting pictures of cigarettes and cups of cheep coffee…)
Not that ‘m stereotyping or anything.. :p

I guess it’s only fair I should start this little adventure off:

My morning are filled with the happy food stuff known as Muesli !!!!!
It’s like a mix between parrot food and gravel mix, same texture and taste surprisingly. To stop myself switching to bacon and eggs, I throw in some fruit (dried or fresh) but it doesn’t help a lot to be honest :(

Mmmmmm.. vomit inducing….

I can't eat in the morning, it makes me feel physically sick.

I usually just have fresh orange or a mug of tea.

Weekdays (made the night before):

An almost solidified mix of fat-free plain yoghurt, porridge oats, dried apricots, some raw cashew nuts and a dash of Splendour sweetener. The apricots rehydrate overnight in the mix and the whole thing is delicious and very filling.

Weekends.

Either a large bowl of porridge with soy milk, Splendour and cinnamon, or a couple of poached eggs, some turkey bacon and a couple of slices of wholemeal toast.
