IE7 problem

I downloaded and install the first IE7 beta. It was working fine until recently when it won't start and throws up the error message " The procedure entry point InternetGetSecurityInfoByURLW could not be located in the dynamic link library WINNET.dll"
I cannot uninstall it as no windows are showing in add remove programmes (the show update box is ticked )
I cannot install beta2 until; I have uninstalled beta1
Any help welcome

Yep and the support is outsourced to India, trying to communicate with em is a fate worse than death.
