Am thinking about buying a satelite dish stype of wireless antenna or maybe the the yagi directional ones. Has anyone had any experience with these? Failing these i may go for a omni directional (stick type) one. I already had one computer fried by a lighting strike through telephone wire into usb modem but how good are these at avoiding lightning strikes (never hear of sky dishes getting struck) and are there surge protectors available that run on sma or n plug connectors?
