Hi
I wonder if anyone could help me identify what seems to be the source of this problem.

I left the computer until the the screen cut turn off then when it is back on, i can not run any program. For example, after i move my mouse the screen come back from dark to normal windows then i click on IE icon, the program does not pop up but, it just show the hourglass icon. The mouse seems to be ok. I can not use the Ctrl+Alt+Del the only thing work is reset and everything is ok. I try click on IE again but nothing happen.
This has been bother me for a week, so far here what i may have done to make this happen.

I add another HD which is bigger than the current one it is Samsung 250 Gb
I install AVG antivirus and uninsall it
I install F secure internet security 2006 and still using it
I install bitcomment 0.66

I have the current driver of MB, GFX and sound card
I do not turn use windows firewall
I do not think it is tempurature since it runs at
CPU idle 36C
MB 38 C
GFX 47 C
I think the problem seems like i dont have enought power to start it up but then please see my rig detail.

I would to ask for opinion if i should upgrade my current rig.
AMD 64 4000+ with Syte Ninja (stock)
2 gb corsair C2PT 2.5-3-3-6-T1
A8N SLI premium
Winfast 7800 GT (stock)
HD 200 gb Samsung SATA2
HD 250 gb samsung SATA2 (both HD are in the lower chamber)
Tagan 580w

Try checking the power options in control paneel and set to always on mode and see if it still happens? 20 minutes sounds like the default setting to do this.

sounds like it may be going into hibernate or standby on the HDs and then just not starting again. ( why im not sure)

Check the bios to see if theres an "always on" option aswell

Thats my first idea, bad for the environment but what the hell :O
