"Officially", you can have two sessions by using Windows messenger (not Windows Live Messenger, I mean Windows Messenger as included with Windows XP), and MSN messenger seperately.

Or, the Mess.be "polygamy" patch (or similar things around) also let you have more than one session.

You can do this as PinkPig says with the Mess.be patch. When you run the patcher go to General Options and near the top is an option to enable polygamy, make sure the box next to it is checked and you are ready to enjoy the advantages of two wives....er I mean two MSN accounts.;)

another way is to run trillian. that'll run numerous msn accounts, also yahoo, and icq, all simultaneously. facilities are a little limited, though. and you can use the normal msn interface for just one account

I have messenger 7.5 - doesn't seem to be a patch for that?
The A-patch for MSN 7.5 is here, the top one. http://apatch.ikhost.com/downloads.php

And if you go to mess.be there is a box on the right, near the top of the screen. It is titled "Important Announcemess.be" and has links to the MSN client for 7.5 but also the mess.be patch.

You could also try
http://www.mess.be/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=663 but whenever I try the direct link to the download page the main mess.be page loads up.
