I never give my email to anyone as this is my isp email any ideas how to stop them i have no source or link for removing?

The email addresses they use change everyday and yes i get a message everyday

Thunderbird filters about 10 of these a day straight into the junk folder

wish ISPs would take more action over spam

I get roughly the same amount every day from obviously spoofed main addys, I just delete them.

I don't think there is anything you can do really, If idiots didn't buy anything from spam you wouldn't get any so blame the gullible (or try to make something back yourself (joke))

I get loads of this kind of junk coming thru every day. The webserver runs spamassassin which catches some of it, the rest gets handled by Thunderbird's inbuilt junk filter and an ever-growing list of rules that I've added.

Every now and then, some new spam variant comes out that reduces the accuracy of TB's junk detector. When that happens, I hit "Reset Training Data", take extra care over tagging/de-tagging mail for a couple of days and then things are back to normal.

Something really needs to be done at a higher level to bring all this digital pollution under control though. I get 400-600 emails a day; of those, maybe 30 aren't spam
