well - i dont have a gcard atm so i cant test the hd at all - but ive been running some dvds through her, namely the matrix, and i was very impressed. the picture quality seems very very good for the price - i did notice some slight ghosting sometimes on the slow moving stuff, not much however

ive took some pics which ill upload now :D

tell me what to look for and ill do my best, im pretty noobish when it comes to av (btw - bearing in mind my previous statement, fancy explaining geometry?)

£450 ! thats cheap.

Was saving for the 32" Toshiba LCD @ £738.

Would save me £300 if i went for the Samsung, thats a lot of money.

What do people mean when they say its got "geometry problems"

Most crt's suffer from some curving to the picture mostly noticeable on straight line/objects near the edge of the screen, its not too bad most of the time unless it’s a poor quality crt, also brightness tends to make the image expand a bit.
