ASUS v9999 256mb 6800GT Temps Hmm?

Right before the GPU and RAM were at 65'c +

now ive took the case off the side, and fitted my exhaust blower temp of GPU is 52'c and temp of RAM is 21'c

can that be right? 21'c seems a little off, but it is getting cold, also what temperatures are safe to go up to when overclocking.

Hey neon,

Those temps should be ok, but taking the side of the case off can usually increase temps as it destroys the airflow going through the case.

As for the overclocking temps.. cards are good at 100c.. but obviously that destroys their life.. Try and keep the temps bellow 80 if i were you.
