I do not intend to make too many CPU demands on my system and for me a quite PC is important. So it looks like either the Acoustifan (Dustproof??) or the Nexus 92mm

As I am new to all this I would apprecaite any feedback on which choice (or not) I should make and and any other comments

Note I would like to be able to vary its speed if possible not sure of the options here

Thanks

Mike

If you want built in speed control the Antec tri cool are good fans, 1000-1500-2000rpm selectable speeds and very quiet.

If not I would say get an Akasa Amber and use speedfan or get a cheap fan controller.

The nexus will be quietest by far, and will also be quiet at full speed so no fan controller will be required.
SPCR use this fan as their silence benchmark.
