A friend reccomended them, and I really liked some of their songs, espically "a wolf at the door" and another one about being on a beach with a guitar, cant remember the name :p . Could anyone reccomend some other songs by them since there are so many?

Anyone can play guitar is the beach one. My personal faves are

Creep - even though it's the most popular of their songs.
Exit Music (For a Film)
Everything in its right place
Talk Show Host
True Love Waits
No Surprises
Lucky
Karma Police

They all kick ass.

Just get hold of:

The bends
Ok computer
Kid A

All fantastic albums which all sound different from eachother

Amnesiac is very good as well, pablo honey isnt great and im not a big fan of the new album, although it is decent.

I really would advise listening to the albums, they are master pieces and need to be appreciated as a whole "experince" !!!!!!!! :D

Can't believe my 3 favourite tracks haven't been mentioned:

Maquiladora
Fake Plastic Trees
Vegetable

Where is Maquiladora from? I've got that and "How Can You Be Alive" and "India Rubber" amongst my favourites, but sadly only on mp3. It would be great to get it on CD properly.

Just get all their albums. Each and every one has some classic songs and most should be heard in their entirity to be fully appreciated (especially OK Computer onwards).

Picking out individual songs is tough, but i'll give it a go.

From Pablo Honey:
Creep
Anyone Can Play Guitar

From The Bends
High and Dry
Fake Plastic Trees
Nice Dream
Black Star
Streep Spirit

From OK Computer
(I could list every track but I won't)
Paranoid Android
Exit Music
Karma Police
No Surprises
Lucky

From Kid A
National Anthem
Optimistic
How To Disappear Completely

From Amnesiac
Pyramid Song
Knives Out
Dollars and Cents

From Hail To THe Theif
The Gloaming
A Punch-up At A Wedding
Myxamatosis
A WOlf At The Door

I don't profess to be Radiohead's biggest fan, but do you mean The Bends?

The only good songs to come from Radiohead except maybe karma police come from their first two albums. And the first album is only mentioned because of Creep.

The Bends, High and Dry, Street Spirit, My Iron Lung, Creep. Best 5 songs from them.

Creep
Just
My Iron Lung
Airbag
Paranoid Android
Subterranian Homesick Alien
Exit music
Let down
Karma police....

Wait a minute theres a pattern emerging here :p

Other than the whole of Ok computer and those already mentioned...
Everything in its right place
Wolf at the door
2+2=5

Was never a huge fan of the newer stuff...

all their albums are great (apart from pablo honey!) so here a few of the less obvious ones that haven't been mentioned so far:

you (ok, ok so its from pablo honey)
bishops robes
pearly*
polyethylene
fog
cuttooth
like spinning plates (live)
life in a glasshouse
nude (old version)
arpeggi
big boots
lift (old version)

i think my two favourite songs are let down and the old version of nude though.. ahh.. so pretty.

I think Radiohead fans are extremely harsh to Pablo Honey. I really like it as a pop/acoustic album and it's a bit unfair to write it off because it's not as deep as their other work. Sometimes I don't want the dark soundscapes of The Bends.
