Dual monitor help with refresh rates

Ive got a ati x1900 xt with 1 crt and 1 tft connected.

Whenever i load a game on my crt, it defaults to 75hz which is the hz of my TFT. Ive set the overide hz to 100 in the control panel which doesnt do anything and ive tried setting them with reforce, but when i go to auto populate it comes up with 75hz for all resolutions, and it wont work if i manually set the hz to 100, it still goes back to 75 hz

All monitor drivers are installed

Any ideas?

Alll LCD/TFT are 60hz

Erm, its 75, but thats beside the point, my crt thinks it can only do 75hz

The standard is 60, some -like mine too- do 75, but, as you ninja edited in D) this is not the point. I can't see why it's doing it.
