Is it possible to take off the fan and replace it with an LED fan ??

Judging by my Freezer 64, no.
The fans attached in a special way plus it's not just a standard 80mm fan or so it's specially designed and attached to the Freezer out of the box.

Hope you see what I mean by that ^^

Don't see why not - detatch the stock fan, then screw your choice of 80mm fan either straight into the fins or via a shroud! Just bodge it on, though I'b be tempted to attach a 120mm instead, you get more air with less noise!
