case fan screws

whats with them, they go thru the case hole fine then csrew about 2 mm into the case, leaving 3/4 of the scres sticking out so the fan moves about freely


am i doin sumthing wrong?

or they jus stupid i use bluetank now :p

A big chinky screwdriver with the largest head possible will work well. I always used to round out the heads of the screws and used to end up spending ages trying to get them out.

Lay the fan down on the floor and screw directly downwards to make sure that the screws don't go in at an angle ;)

Once you do it a few times it becomes easier.

You'll need a hardened screwdriver though as cheap screwdrivers will either rip the screw head or the head of the screwdriver itself will buckle. Lay in on the floor, and put some weight on it guiding the screw in. When you come to screw it into your case, the thread will already have been made.
