sorry if ive posted about this before, but i never got the proper answer and im going nuts tryin to do this.

Accerlo X1 onto an Asus 6800GT.

i cant get the GPU and RAMs to both be touching the cooler, its either the GPU and theres a gap between the ram and heatsink 9 makes screen look funny 0, or theres a gap between the GPU and heatsink, but then the PC wont start,

which side does the metal attachment go on ?! ive tried on both sides, between heatsink and card, and on the back of the card, and neither works!

any help much appreciated asap cos im going nuts here :*(

finally got the cooler on, there is a gap between ram sinks and the cooler itself, but pc booted up, started playing a game and it stalls my pc for like 30seconds randomly. any suggestions ?

firstly i know NOTHING about aftermarket coolers for GPU's but cant you use thermal pads for the RAM? just to bridge the gap

ive got AS5 on the gpu and ram at the minute, but theres is a gap which sucks :*(
hate thermal pads, can never get the sods off the sticky bit!
