Hi. I've been using hotmail for ages now and in the last year have noticed the "match characters to what you see" page (happens if you send files with attachments or to multiple e0mail addresses i think).
anyweay so today i attached a file and came to that page but then pressed the back button and interent explorer froze. Now, whneever i log in to my hotmail accoutn i get the "match characters in the picture" page and there are no buttons around htis to my inbox etc. if i match the characters, it sends me to the sign in page. this is a loop and keeps going. i've tried signing in with another e-mail address and htat works, but when i sign in with this one is still has the cahratcaters thing.
ayone have any ideas? i need this e-mail address it's important and I'm switching to gmail as soon as i get this resolved.
