PC-BSD, worth a shot?

Well I got SuSE home 8.1 a few years ago & now I have OpenSuSE 10. I like it accept the way you install software outside YaST, & PC-BSD has .PBI files which is basicly like a windows setup.exe file. That sounds great to me, I have 56k though, can't get broadband only source a hill blocks it. :mad:

Have tried it a few times and as long as the apps you want are listed on there site it's great which is ok for 99% oof users, found it to be very fast!! give it a go see hw you get on.
