[OCUK Tournament?] 2006 FIFA World Cup - What do you think?

Hi there,

I was thinking maybe we could have an OCUK tournament for this game.

Like everyone be one team which will be picked out of a hat.

And play the word cup ourselfs?

What do you think?

Anyone up for it?

Got any more ideas?

I was thinking:

• Everyone has one team - picked at random for them
• All matches for the week played on the same day every week at the same time - Eg....All games are on Wednesday at 8.00pm
• If you miss a game it is forfeited.
• No prize - just OCUK respect
• All games have the same settings and rules
• Works in exactly the same way as the World Cup - I will (or whoever is organising) will post the scores and fixtures and contact details so everyone knows who they are playing and where they are etc....
• When the game is over you both report to the organiser with a score

Possible Problems:

• Internet Connection issues - disconnections, not being able to connect, slow internet etc
• Arguements about scores etc...
• Arguements about what team they got.

Hmm what else?

we tried it on the console section about 3 months ago with the road to world cup one, i organised it, we got half way through the group stages and every1 just left as "it wasnt as good as PES " so good luck finding enough fifa players
