AMD64 3000+ Running at 1800MHz

Is this the correct stock speed for this cpu because i have seen some setups on overclockers.com and they are running a 2700ghz with stock fan.... I can only up mine to about 1900ghz

Set a ram devider (i use 166) and set your HTT at 4x and then increase the HTT. Keep an eye on the cpu temps as you go

how do i set a ram divider is that in the bios, im new to oveclocking so sorry for the n00b question

Ghz ??? i think youve set a new clocking record...

stock speed for a venice 3000 is 1800Mhz, i clocked mine to 2.5Ghz on my board. to over clock to those kinds of speeds, you either need to have highly clockable ram, or lower your ram speeds from 200 to 166 or 133, drop the HTT to 600 from 1000 (otherwise known as 3x) increase the voltage to 1.425 and continue to push up the front side bus speed.

My DRAM speed is set at 400, is that what you mean to change?

change that to 200 or / 166 / 133 ?
