Anyone using Pipex DSL Space having login problems?

It won't let me login this morning for some reason, rejecting either the username or the password, both of which I am sure are correct.

Try changing to PASV mode (or active, can't remember whcih ones the opposite) then it works.

I emailed Pipex, got a reply in about 20 minutes, they're having issues with it.
