Worth the upgrade

Basically ive got the upgrade bug again and im thinking of going with conroe but i know it aint worth it just yet with a rig like mine. It still plays games at high/max @ 1280x1024 and at very smooth fps, so im wandering if theres anything on my current rig (see sig) that could be improved.

Im thinking that a new cpu would be a good idea, but with my budget of £350 that leaves me with the X2 Dual Core 4400 which is only £311 that would leave me enough to get the Thermaltake Big Typhoon 4 and of course some nice paste.

What sort of overclock would i get 200mhz-400mhz extra?

Obviously an overclock can never be guaranteed but I'd certainly be aiming for closer to 400mhz overclock on both cores than 200mhz and that would put you up to about FX60 speeds. I don't know what heatsink would be best for your needs, maybe take a look in the overclocking sub-forum for further recommendations
