Adding pictures

Hi folks. How do you include a picture in a post you've made in this forum. I have looked through the FAQ but can't see anything on it. In the post options you've got the option to include an image but when you click on the image it says 'text to be formatted'. I don't know what that means.

Can anyone provide an idiots guide.

you enter the link to the pic into the box that says "insert text to be formatted"

You have to upload the image onto a website such as www.imageshack.us
And it will give you a link to that image, and where it says 'text to be formatted'
put the link to the image in there.
