Reaplcing Mirrors

Hey,

I got some new mirrors for me car, how do I get the old mirrors off and base plates?

pop off the black baseplate on the inside of the car and their should be, i think, 3 screws which you undo, then once they are out, the mirror should then pull out through the door from the outside, will have to give it a bit of force to get it through the rubber seals...

putting another mirror on should be the same but in reverse order !
