Does anyone know whether this Ram model will be compatible with a AMD motherboard?

RAM Model: 1Gb Corsair DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX (2 X 512mB)

MOtherboard: Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 (Socket 939 & Upgradable to AM2) AGP & PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-002-AK)

That board has support for skt939 and DDR memory natively. through an add-on card it will be able to upgrade to AM2. However, there will need to be some sort of add-on for DDR2 memory. This'll probably all be handled by Asrock when it comes time to release the AM2 add-on.

Running that exact same amount and type of memory in that board on the build i was doing today, the memory has been Ok, but i did get a few memory beep error initially.

I'll be running memtest shortly for a better answer as to wether the memory is ok, but apart from 1 or 2 mishaps its been fine in single and dual channel.
