Transferring Itunes podcast subscriptions ?

I'm reinstalling my entire PC, but I have the old drive to copy data from - is there any quick and simple way of transferring the numerous podcast subscriptions onto my new install ? Not the actual casts themselves (which I appreciate are stored in My Music as mp3's mainly), but the subcriptions list ?

the subscriptions are just rss feeds so you should be able to copy the address' to notepad...but if its a long list then....i dont know...
